At Sofia Panels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and undamaged wall panels. If your order doesn't perfectly match your vision, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the panels in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
